Delivery / Shipping Information

Tactical Balance offers 5 (Five methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:

• Flat Rate (3 to 5 working days)
• The Courier Guy (2 to 3 working days)
• Pickup From Store: You will need to arrange with Tactical Balance to pick up goods at our Office in Cape Town
• Courses: No shipping amount is on this, as some customers will be purchasing a spot on one of our courses, with a R0,00 fee
• International (Will be Quoted Separately): This is for all our International Customers, as we use FedEx to ship goods, and the cost changes depending on the country goods are being shipped to.

Some of our goods need specialist delivery, and not all options are available on all orders. We’ll always offer you the fastest possible options for your order, which will be shown to you at checkout.

There is a lead time from the time of order to the time of shipping. Customers will be given lead time.
